On June 8th, 2017 the REIBC hosted it's annual AGM and Recognition Event celebrating those who have been members of the Institute for 25, 30, 35, 40, and 45 years. Ian McNaughton was also recognized for celebrating his 54 year anniversary.

Our 2017 Award of Excellence winner was announced. Graham Allen, RI who also celebrated his 45 year anniversary with the Institute was this year's recipient. Congratulations Graham!

The event was held at the Scotiabank Theatre and we had the pleasure of having guest emcee, Vaughn Palmer. Over 20 recipients were in attendance this year. It was a great opportunity for many of our members and industry colleagues to network, celebrate and hear from Vaughn Palmer about the recent provincial election.
