Construct Cafe

The Construct Café is a place to sit down with colleagues and clients to enjoy breakfast, lunch or other refreshments during the show. The area features a bar and Al Forno pizza with seating for 75+. Throughout BUILDEX the Construct Café will serve as one of the primary areas for attendees from the construction industry to meet, greet and conduct business.

Meet & Greet Networking Reception

The annual meet and greet networking reception will be held from 5:00 - 6:00pm on Wednesday, February 8th, the end of BUILDEX day 1. Come and network with over 600 industry professionals and enjoy hors d'oeuvres and a glass of wine or beer. New for 2012! Corporate Traveller will be giving away a trip for 2 to Las Vegas! Come by and enter your business card into the draw.

IDC/IIDA Vancouver Leaders Breakfast

Join us and be inspired by our keynote speaker, Pixar Art Director Jay Shuster. Honouree Larry Beasley, Distinguished Practice Professor of Planning at the University of British Columbia, will receive the 2012 Leadership Award of Excellence, which will recognize his outstanding contributions to the profession of interior design.
