In accordance with section 6.1 of the Real Estate Services Regulation, the Real Estate Council of British Columbia hereby gives notice of a proposed change to section 8-4(1) of the Council Rules. This change relates to the recent amendments made to the Real Estate Services Regulation regarding contract assignments. The Council intends to make the amended rule at its meeting on June 21, 2016, to take effect July 1, 2016.
