In order to assist strata corporations, the Real Estate Council has created a useful information brochure entitled “Working With a Strata Management Company”. The document is designed to help strata corporations understand:
- the role that a strata management company can play in assisting strata councils with their duties,
- the relationship between the strata management company, the strata corporation, and individual strata lot owners, and;
- the significance of the contract entered into by the strata corporation for the provision of strata management services.
