Employer Profile

Montrose Property Holdings was created in late 2014 as a result of a spin-off of the waste management business, Ecowaste, from its former parent Graymont Limited. Since that time, the Company has carried on two distinct businesses. The first is the legacy waste management business which owns one of the largest private construction and demolition landfill sites in the lower mainland of British Columbia. The second is a newly formed industrial real estate development business that is currently focused on the redevelopment of the completed landfill into a logistics warehouse park.

Both businesses stem from Montrose’s ownership of 477 acres of land located in Richmond, British Columbia. Of the total acreage, 319 acres are used for the landfill of which the logistics warehouse park will comprise 169 acres. The remaining 158 acres of the total land holdings are currently being held for future use.
