Randy is the principle of Essential Acquisition Services, Inc., specializing in land and right-of-way advisory, strategic and acquisition services to support public authorities in the delivery of major infrastructure projects.

A seasoned professional who brings over 30 years experience in real estate, including 20 years of senior management in business leadership roles. This experience includes real estate acquisition, expropriation, portfolio administration, development and disposal of assets.

With a proven track record leading a broad range of real estate services, programs and projects, Randy is accustomed to being accountable for delivering mission critical, sensitive, complex and high-profile real estate initiatives in the public interest.

Currently consulting on the Iona Wastewater Treatment Plant Projects, the Stanley Park Water Supply Project, the Coquitlam Lake Water Supply Project, and the Surrey Langley Skytrain Project.
