Bio/Background

Andrea Fletcher •Andrea graduated in 1987 from the Sauder School of Business at the University of British Columbia with a Bachelor of Commerce in Urban Land Economics. •Her Real Estate career has developed over 38 years including more than 3,500 commercial lease deals. •Currently, she is thrilled to be working in downtown Vancouver, making a difference for retail, industrial and office clients alike, as Senior Associate with Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services. •She has held lead roles in charge of new site selection for blue chip international retailers like Starbucks Coffee and RBC Royal Bank. Her career also includes time spent representing local, national and international landlords, such as Bentall, Beutal Goodman, Redekop Properties and Smart Centres. •Her love of Real estate continued to grow as she introduced her huge network to Nu-Westech Engineering where, as Sr. Vice President of Business Development, she brought in over $10 Million worth of new business. •Back in 1990, as a brand new member of REIBC, Andrea was invited to an REIBC strategic planning session. That weekend she enjoyed connecting with so many real estate industry leaders, that she became passionate about getting more involved in the institute. Her jumping in point lead Andrea to becoming a member of the founding REIBC Golf Committee, a Director of the Vancouver Chapter, a member of the Public Relations Committee, as well as a Governor with the Real Estate Institute of British Columbia where she led the Member Services Committee as well as performed the role of Chapter Liason. She is proud of the height of her time on the REIBC Board elected to chair the Board as President and is now known as Past President. •She is single with 2 beautiful daughters and she spends her family time skiing, boating and at the beach.
