Bio/Background

Born and raised in the Fraser Valley and active in the Real Estate Industry since 1993, I have a keen interest in everything to do with Real Estate. In addition to possessing and applying a strong logic and common-sense approach to my day-to-day duties, I have exceptional negotiation and problem-solving skills, am a critical thinker and possess a solid background in real estate analysis, leasehold administration and property management. Laudable leadership, interpersonal, investigative, and communication abilities are coupled with a strong preference and demonstrated ability to work in a team environment. I am a driven team player with a passion and the ability to cultivate the development of staff and tenant relationships.
