Bio/Background

I am an accomplished real estate professional with more than 20 years' experience as an integral part of Canada’s most progressive real estate development companies and national agencies both on the private and public sectors, including Loblaw Properties, Boston Pizza International, Department of Indian and Northern Affairs Canada, and TransLink. Through the efforts of detailed analysis, diligent negotiation, and fostering of industry relationships, I am proud to have delivered multi-million dollar valued commercial product in development and leased projects.

I currently represent TransLink as its Acquisitions and Leasing Manager. My primary mandate is to manage the negotiation and execution of leases, acquisitions, expropriations, expropriation claims and other real estate transactions for operations and major capital projects within the TransLink enterprise.

My educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Geography from Simon Fraser University and, most recently, a Diploma in Urban Land Economics from UBC's Sauder School of Business. I live in Burnaby with my wife and daughter and enjoy bike riding, racket sports, general group fitness activities, food, and coffee outings - all of which Vancouver offers in abundance. Broadening my horizons through travel when a family getaway is needed is also valuable time spent.
