Veronica Lin was a lecturer in the CUHK Business School in Hong Kong teaching MSc and UG students real estate programs. She worked as a Professional Consultant and during her 8-year service time, she led several research projects' development and launching. Before joining the education industry, she had ten years working experience in commercial real estate and specialized in real estate investment analysis. She taught various real estate courses including real estate finance and investments, real estate valuation, land policies and development. She was analyst and investment manager in JLL and Generali Real Estate, a global real estate asset management company. As a practitioner in real estate investment and asset management, she has extensive real estate transactions and investment analysis experience, having worked on projects in Hong Kong, China, Japan, South Korea and Singapore, USA and across different asset classes such as office, retail and industrial. Veronica has strong network with industry players including consultancy companies, investors, developers and real estate fund managers. She is very active in industry seminars and conferences and involved in events organized by Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors (HKIS) and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). 1) Academic Qualification
