Bio/Background

I have over 10 years experience in property management of different asset classes. These include: - Recent employment as Director of Operations at Global Education Communities Corp. which provided me solid experience in all aspects of property management in hotel, retail, multi-family buildlings and single-family homes - Previous experience in pre-opening preparation for hotels and student housing projects - Previous responsibility of budget development and control for all properties under management and extensive experience in addressing tenants concerns - A hospitality professional with 10+ years of experience in providing quality customer service and building relationships with internal and external customers - A graduate with a Master’s degree in Real Esate and a Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management from reputable universities in Hong Kong - MRICS designation as a Chartered Management Consultancy Surveyor of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (credential here). The designation meets the acceptable standard of The Real Estate Institute of British Columbia. Additionally, I am making use of the current time off to complete my Rental Property Management Licensing Course from UBC
