Job Description / Duties

We are seeking an individual for the position of Business Development Associate in our Vancouver office. This position is a combination of marketing administration and business development responsibilities.

Qualifications / Required Skills

The successful individual will possess:

- Post-secondary education in business and/or administration from a recognized institution. (Degree preferred).
- Knowledge of legal, real estate, insurance, finance, lending, and contractual terms as evidenced by professional experience.
- Several years of office administration and business development experience.

The successful individual’s skill set will include:

- Strong computer skills using Microsoft Suite and CRM packages.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) to interact with clients and staff.
- Pleasant/professional phone mannerisms and excellent customer service skills with a focus on quality control.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- The ability to multi task and problem solve in a fast-paced environment.
- The maturity, as evidenced by experience, to work independently and/or within a team with minimum supervision.
