Job Description / Duties

Reporting to the VP, Real Estate & Store Development, the Director, Real Estate is responsible for ensuring that all corporate real estate initiatives including lease administration, property management, and market research are aligned with the company’s overall strategic direction and focused on people, service and profit.

You are a hands-on professional with exceptional interpersonal skills, as well as a polished negotiator with well-developed analytical and communication skills. You’ve acquired at least 7 years’ experience in commercial real estate management and development including property leasing, property management, financial analysis, municipal approvals and land development ideally within a corporate real estate environment. A fundamental knowledge of the retail industry would naturally be your advantage.
