Job Description / Duties

As a key member of the Executive Team, the Senior Vice President, Portfolio and Investment Management is responsible for developing and managing SilverBirch Hotels & Resorts investment, design and construction as well as asset management activities. This role is a key contributor to the development and implementation of the company’s growth strategies. The SVP will forge and maintain strong working relationships with all key stakeholders in SilverBirch Hotels & Resorts, the Board, as well as in its parent company, bcIMC.

Qualifications / Required Skills

The ideal candidate will be an experienced senior executive who has identified, analyzed, negotiated, and overseen the development of profitable real estate transactions. He or she will bring the reputation, network, credibility and access required to generate consistent investment deal flow and effective asset management activity. Superior interpersonal and communication skills and a proven track record of working with a Board of Directors are hallmarks of a suitable candidate. Is experienced in working within a multi stakeholder environment and building strong and lasting relationships. As an integral member of the company's executive team, the candidate must exemplify the highest standards of honesty, integrity and discretion.
