Job Description / Duties

This newly established position was created to meet the needs of a very significant client. Reporting directly to the Bentall Kennedy President & COO, Canada, you will oversee all activities related to one of North America’s largest real estate portfolios with a sharp focus on asset optimization. You will work closely with the President & COO, Canada, the COO, U.S. and a varied group of investment management and property management professionals in overseeing and coordinating all Bentall Kennedy activity on behalf of the client to ensure that Bentall Kennedy meets client needs across a large, diverse and active portfolio throughout North America.

Qualifications / Required Skills

As the ideal candidate you will be a consummate real estate professional with an impeccable track record within portfolio and relationship management. You will have built your reputation on working successfully with institutional investors and have developed and executed institutional investment strategies throughout North America. Superior interpersonal and communication skills and a proven track record as the major client relationship manager are paramount. You are experienced in working within a diverse stakeholder environment and building strong and lasting relationships. As an integral member of the company's executive team, you must exemplify the highest standards of honesty, integrity and work ethic.
