Job Description / Duties

Campbell & Pound 1939 Appraisals Ltd. is currently looking for an experienced appraiser with a minimum of a CRA designation or Candidate nearing designation. The residential appraisal assignments would be in Abbotsford, Mission, and Chilliwack areas of the Fraser Valley. An individual that would like a variety of residential appraisal assignments working from their own home or company sub-office.
This is a position opened up after being occupied for 20 years by two team members who moved on to career promotions.

Qualifications / Required Skills

The successful candidate who Must be computer literate, familiar with CRAL/CSA software, NAS and SOLIDIFI Online software forms, meeting demanding time lines, insured under the AIC Professional Liability Program and hold a valid BC Driver's License with their own insured vehicle.
This position requires some networking opportunities, client database organizational management skill, full appraisal and critical thinking skills, along with competence in residential FORM report valuation.
The successful candidate will be a resident of one of the mentioned communities, designated by AIC, and a highly motivated self-starter. An appraiser who is also experienced in the residential market in these communities and holds the same high standards possessed by all team members of Campbell & Pound.
This position replaces an appraiser who has been running our Abbotsford/Chilliwack/Mission office for over the past 5 years and the former 15 years before that.

Salary: $75,000 - $110,000
