Job Description / Duties

We are looking for a dynamic and creative person to join our team, who will work closely with all team members while providing direct sales assistance to the Managing Broker.

 Provide support to Managing Broker in running and operating the London Pacific Brokerage
 Administrative duties will include: communication, scheduling, and file/data management
 Provide sales support in Land Assembly transactions
 Preparation of documentation when required (Agency documents, Contracts, Leases, Renewals)
 Research, market analysis, cataloguing Development opportunities, development proformas when required
 Assisting with the project management on specific development sites and provide administrative organization in general.

Qualifications / Required Skills

 High proficiency Microsoft Word and Excel
 Organizational, time management, and high attention to detail and accuracy mandatory
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
 Real Estate education preferred
 Real Estate License mandatory
 An understanding of Real Estate contracts and conveyancing required.
 An understanding of construction costs, development pro forma, & budgeting would be an asset
 A dynamic team player; flexible to changes in job nature when required
 Mature personality who is punctual, responsible, and reliable
