Lease Manager
Salary $72,000.00 - $100,000.00 annually


The Integrated Workplace Solutions Division provides accommodation and real estate services to government ministries and the broader public sector and manages, on behalf of the Province, a diverse real estate portfolio of leased and government-owned properties that extend throughout the province. The Leasing Services Branch provides stewardship for the portfolio of owned and leased properties entrusted to its management.

The Lease Manager negotiates cost effective yet functional leased space, and provides real estate consulting services to government ministries and the broader public sector. The position is responsible for ensuring all available approaches are employed to reduce costs, maximize efficient and effective use of leased space, and that future needs are properly forecast and addressed.

Qualifications / Required Skills

Qualifications for this role include:
• High School Graduation or equivalent. Preference may be given to applicants with post-secondary degree (or advanced standing) in real estate, business administration, or public administration.
• Minimum of 3 yrs experience in the real estate industry and markets.
• Experience in Leasing contract management.
