Bio/Background

Peter Figures is a professional, accredited AACI member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada. He is a graduate of Sauder Business School’s Post Graduate Certificate in Real Property Valuation and hold’s Bachelors Degrees in Commerce from Ryerson University. Appraisal experience includes assignments of residential dwellings, apartments, industrial and commercial buildings for chartered banks, credit unions, lawyers, accountants, private owners, developers, and Municipal Governments. Mr. Figures specializes in appraisals for litigation and appeal purposes. Mr. Figures has been accepted as an expert witness by the Supreme Court of British Columbia. Areas of interest include appraisals for litigation support, property tax consulting, and assessment appeals.
