Former Mayor of Terrace, Dave Pernarowski will give us the latest on the Northwest Economic outlook.
Dave is well positioned to keep up to date in his current role as Account Manager with PR Associates as well as his previous role as Mayor.

With an extensive history as a community leader coupled with a career in municipal and community relations in northwest British Columbia, Dave has an in-depth understanding of the region’s economic and social environments. He has developed trusting relationships with key business and industry leaders, Treaty and First Nations, and community members across northern BC. Most recently as the Mayor of Terrace, Dave helped build and maintain key relationships with stakeholders including LNG energy producers, as well as all levels of government.
Through his active participation with local Treaty and First Nations, Dave has developed a deep knowledge of what is required to build or operate natural resource projects on Treaty and traditional territories in northwest BC. This experience offers PR Associates’ clients tremendous value as they look to navigate through the consultation process and rights-holder agreements. Dave’s expertise in marketing and public relations provides clients a one-stop communications service in the north.
In 2012, Dave was recognized for his significant contribution to Terrace with a Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee Medal.
