The recently launched International Property Measurement Standards for Office Buildings are a result of collaboration between more than 60 professional associations from around the world, including BOMA International, BOMA Canada, REALpac, RICS, CoreNet, IREM, IFMA and many others. These new standards will help drive consistency and transparency, delivering clearer information to the investor and occupier.
