Job Description / Duties

An exceptional opportunity exists to join an outstanding team of real estate
professionals. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, National Commercial
Property Management, the newly created role of Principal, Commercial Leasing &
Operations – British Columbia (Principal) will be responsible for operations, leasing,
policies, governance, and leadership of the office, industrial, and retail portfolio in
British Columbia. The portfolio consists of approximately 70 properties with 12.3
million in square footage and is managed by a team of 114 professionals. The focus
of this role is strategic leadership overseeing the property management and leasing
teams in Vancouver and sourcing business development opportunities for the BGO
Properties platform. The Principal will play an integral role on BGO’s Canadian
Leadership Team and will be responsible for overseeing the entire performance of
property management and the leasing business in British Columbia.

network and ability to build solid relationships. In addition, you possess superior
analytical and organizational skills, coupled with strong communication skills.

Salary: The targeted salary range for this position is $230,000 - $250,000 annually, supplemented by a competitive total rewards package.
