Come and enjoy dinner and a dynamic 3-person panel discussion involving urban densification, demographic impacts on housing: Millennials vs. Boomers, mini baby boom, diversity and migration.

Panel members are: Doug Gilchrist, RI, City of Kelowna; Sean Hughes, UDI, AIC, RI, Kent-Machperson Appraisals; and Black Laven, MCIP RPP, City of Penticton. The panel will be moderated by Laura Bentley, PIBC, City of Kelowna.

This is the first time a dynamic collaboration with the Thompson-Okanagan Chapters of the Appraisal Institute of Canada-BC Association, Planning Institute of BC, and Real Estate Institute of BC are working together to address topics that effect us as a community.
