Paul G. Mendes is partner in the firm of Lesperance Mendes, one of BC’s leading strata property law firms.  Called to the BC Bar in 1994, Paul has been practicing strata property law since 2001. He is a frequent speaker on strata property law and practice.  He is also on the editorial board of the Strata Property Law Practice Manual published by the Continuing Legal Education Society of BC, and a contributing author to that publication.
