Andrea Fletcher, RI, Retail Specialist - Lee and Associates 

 Andrea graduated in 1987 from UBC Sauder School of Business, with a Bachelor of Commerce, specializing in Urban Land Economics. She has completed over 950 career lease deals throughout Western Canada, having held senior Real Estate Development roles in charge of new site selection for international retailers like Starbucks Coffee Canada and RBC Royal Bank. Prior to becoming a retailer, she spent over 18 years in-house representing local, national and international landlords, such as Bentall Kennedy, Beutel Goodman, Redekop Properties and Smart Centers. In March 2016, Andrea joined Lee & Associates as a commercial broker. Since 1990 when she first became an RI, Andrea has volunteered on over a dozen REIBC committees and is currently Past President after having served many years on the REIBC board, with a term as President for the 2015-2016 year.

 Perry Gorgounis, Office Specialist - CBRE 

Perry has his BA in Communication and Business Administration from Simon Fraser University, a Business Diploma from Capilano University and a Certificate of Real Estate Trading Services at the Sauder School of Business, UBC. Perry joined the CBRE Office Leasing Advisory Group in 2014 and specializes in occupier representation, working with tenant groups and investors specifically within office properties. He has 11 years as an owner and co-managing partner of a leading commercial interiors supply firm. This provided him with a comprehensive understanding of the occupier process and value of workplace strategy. His experience building a successful business along with his expertise in tenant representation provides his clients with out of the box ideas and strategies.

 Eugen Klein, RI, Industrial Specialist - Royal LePage Sussex Klein Group

Eugen Klein is Principal of Royal LePage Sussex Klein Group. Klein Group is consistently recognized in the top 100 national brokerage teams in Canada by Royal LePage. Eugen Klein is an industry leader in marketing industrial, commercial, multifamily, and investment projects, representing sellers, buyers, landlords and tenants in local, national, and international markets. He has over 20 years of experience in real estate investment and property management.
Eugen serves on a number of for-profit and not-for-profit boards. He was President of the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver (REBGV) in 2012/2013, and over the last 9 years, Eugen has been a catalyst in the formation of the BC Commercial Council and the establishment of a provincial commercial listing service (clslink.ca).
Eugen graduated from UBC with a Bachelor of Commerce in Urban Land Economics. In addition to his vocational designations, he also holds the ICD.D designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors.
Eugen was recognized with the "Top 40 Under 40" award by Business in Vancouver in 2013. He was the recipient of the Bentall Kennedy Literary Award in 2011.

Keith Maclean- Talbot, RI, ICI Team Leader - BC Assessment

Keith MacLean-Talbot has been with BC Assessment for close to 10 years. He has a wide variety of appraisal experience leading ICI and residential teams throughout the lower mainland. Currently he leads the industrial team which values over $52B worth of properties from the North Shore through to the Tri-Cities. He is the current President-Elect of the Real Estate Institute of BC’s Board and is in his fourth year as a Board Governor. Originally from Quebec and now calling North Vancouver home, Keith can usually be found spending time with his family biking, skiing, golfing and hiking.
