Navigating the social media landscape in the workplace can be challenging. It's important to stay engaged and active on social media to build your personal brand, connect with colleagues and customers, and stay informed about industry developments. However, excessive social media use can also have negative effects on our mental health and well-being.

We will explore the social media spiral and how it relates to our engagement and mental wellness in the workplace. We will share insights and strategies for finding balance, setting boundaries, and managing the effects of social media use in the workplace.

Registration closes April 15, 2024 at 4:00 pm. You will receive the Webinar Meeting details one day before the event on April 16, 2024.
