Bio/Background

I worked with BC Hydro for over 35 years, most of my time in the Properties Division. I was directly involved in right of way acquisitions, leases/licenses, sales of full and partial property interests, managed fee owned lands and rights of ways and resolved many property related issues. I also managed a team of Property Reps who acquired BC Hydro Distribution rights of way and managed Transmission line rights of way. With my decades of experience in the public sector, I am now doing consulting/contract Property Rep/Land Agent work.
