Bio/Background

Ed Landry is the President of Penny & Keenleyside Appraisals Ltd. and Collingwood Appraisals Ltd. He is a professional, accredited AACI member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada (AIC) and also holds the RI designation from the Real Estate Institute of BC and the Certified Reserve Planner (CRP) designation from the Real Estate Institute of Canada (REIC). Ed has been a fee appraiser for almost 15 years and specializes in appraisal and advisory services to Canadian national petroleum corporations and First Nations in Western Canada. He also frequently provides valuation and advisory services including highest and best use analysis, property tax appeals, depreciation reports, reserve fund analysis, and other support, planning and facilitation efforts. His education and background has allowed him to provide specialized valuation and consulting advice to the energy sector, the hospitality industry, the development industry, as well as other industries with financially complex real estate assets. In addition to past and recent roles as a member of the AIC-Vancouver Chapter Executive Council, he has also sat on the Board of the REIC Greater Vancouver Chapter.
