Bio/Background
Briefly, I have been appraising wide ranging holdings in the Upper Fraser Valley of BC since 2001, initially with Fraser Valley Appraisals (FVA), subsequent to Fortin Appraisals (2009), and am currently self employed. While with FVA & Fortin, IC&I narrative reports were completed regularly, however as an independent CRA, current practice is limited to a residential scope of business.
