Bio/Background

Vince has undertaken a wide array of assignments relating to the valuation of commercial and residential property including existing and proposed multi-family residential projects, mixed use projects, office buildings, retail complexes, industrial property, as well as multi-family residential, commercial and residential development sites, heritage property appraisals, valuations for expropriation and partial takings of public infrastructure projects as well as assessment appeal negotiations. Vince has performed rental studies to aid in lease negotiations including, pricing for proposed multi-family rental projects. Vince was awarded use of the AACI, P. App designation by the Appraisal Institute of Canada (AIC), he is a member of the International Right-of-Way Association (IRWA) and was awarded the use of the RW-AC Certification. Vince is currently a Candidate for Designation with the Appraisal Institute (AI). Mr. O'Dwyer attained a Post Graduate Certificate of Valuation (PGCV) from the University of British Columbia's Sauder Business School. He holds two Bachelor's Degrees including; a Bachelor of Business Administration and Bachelor of Arts, Majoring in Political Science.
