Bio/Background

Bradley currently works at BC Transit and lives in Victoria BC. His primary focus is currently on Real Estate Investment and Commercial Development.

Bradley studied at the University of Victoria and went on to pursue a career in finance, real estate development and social entrepreneurship. While finishing his MBA, Bradley was able to focus a large part of his studies on various renewable technologies that can be incorporated into residential housing development. Before joining BC Transit, Bradley worked in private real estate development and partnered with Cox Developments for over 11 years on high density urban projects in both Canada and the USA. Two of the Victoria BC projects are some of the largest residential buildings ever built in the provincial capital, consisting of approximately 350 apartments shared between two buildings in the downtown core. Bradley also was an Investment Advisor at TD Wealth Private Investment Advice prior to working solely on his own development projects.

Before his start in the financial and investment world, Bradley was a co-founder of the world’s first Kindness Crew. With a vision to connect the world through kindness by inspiring, educating, and mobilizing people to commit acts of community service, Bradley co-wrote two best-selling books COOL TO BE KIND & CALL TO ARMS and was featured on Good Morning America and CNN. Bradley and his wife, Tamara, have two sons, Jude & Luke, and as a family they love to swim, walk, hike and experience the outdoor wonders of Vancouver Island.
