Bio/Background

Used to be employed at BC Assessment for 15 years. Has working knowledge in the valuation of ICI and residential property types. Also handled various specialized property types such as Self Storage facilities, Church/Places of Public Worship, Schools and Supportive Housing. Also is knowledgeable in the application of various Statutory and Permissive Exemptions as stated in the Community Charter. Has extensive experience in the defense of the assessment at PARP (Property Assessment Review Panel) and PAAB (Property Assessment Appeal Board).
