Bio/Background

I have built a career of over 15 years in the real estate industry, with extensive experience across residential valuation, leasing, and property negotiations throughout the Lower Mainland. My professional background includes years facilitating the purchase and sale of residential real estate, followed by a dedicated focus on appraisal and valuation of properties, including residential and land assets, often in high-stakes and time-sensitive contexts.

In addition to valuation, I have developed deep expertise in negotiation, contract interpretation, and stakeholder engagement, skills that are essential to guiding complex property matters to resolution. Academically, I hold a Bachelor of Arts from the University of British Columbia, along with a Certificate in Residential Valuation and a Real Estate Trading Services Certificate (not currently licensed), all through UBC’s Sauder School of Business.
