Bio/Background

Responsible for new mortgage originations in greater Vancouver, Victoria, Kelowna, Calgary and Edmonton. Call for capital solutions. Over 47 years of real estate experience. Originally was a lender for 25 years in BC (Royal Trust, Van City & Bank of America), then spent a decade managing the marketing and sales of urban and suburban condominium projects in BC, Alberta and Washington state. After a brief stint as consultant to lenders with non-performing assets I returned to lending in Calgary with Peoples Trust. In January 2013 I opened a new office for Atrium Mortgage Investment Corporation (AI - TSX) in Calgary and manage interim lending in major cities of our Prairie Provinces.
