Bio/Background

Phil was a senior government manager with over 30 years experience in managing large land and resource portfolios before establishing QP Properties. QP Properties specializes in Land advisory services, alternative energy project initiation for wind and solar projects and indigenous agreements. Current and former clients include TransCanada Pipelines, Ministry of Transportation and Infrastructure, Mosaic Forest Management, Pacific Forest Products, numerous Indigenous communities, WPD Canada and many others.
