Bio/Background

I have had the opportunity to provide Real Estate, Property and Project Management since 1977. Starting by sorting the mini hot sheets to mini binders to managing a 16 million sq ft portfolio with 850 tenants - all categories of lands, buildings, ownership and tenant profiles.

Achieving my RI has given the confidence to my employers and customers the assurance of real estate excellence backed by proven education and experience. Having my RI has accelerated my career opportunities. As Past President I have had the opportunity and pleasure to develop the fiscal business plans and services to enhance the success of the RI professional designation.
