As an REIBC member and Realtor, I am interested in the Realtor Professional. What is a ‘report’?
A ‘report’ is a detailed summary of the subject property containing all the 76 unique BC Assessment property attributes such as sale dates, number of bedroom/bathroom, year built, as well 4 years of assessed values etc. The report also contains a Landcor valuation, information about recent sales, comparable properties and maps these out for visualization
How do I get started?
Simple.
(1) Renew or take out a new REIBC membership (any level) for the 2023/24 membership year.
(2) Email with your REIBC membership number; this will enable the discounted pricing as below .
