An exciting opportunity exists with one of Canada’s leading developers, Concert Properties Ltd. Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Construction, the Senior Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing a number of large-scale, residential and commercial construction projects, and ensuring that the projects are delivered on time, on budget and in accordance with Concert Properties Ltd.’s project objectives. The Senior Project Manager will manage the projects from a construction standpoint, commencing at the conceptual design stage through to completion, including all aspects related to budgeting, scheduling, quality assurance, administration, technical direction and stakeholder management. Furthermore, the selected individual will embrace and champion Concert Properties Ltd.’s commitment to quality construction and outstanding customer service.

Qualifications / Required Skills

The ideal candidate brings a minimum of ten years’ experience in project management within the residential and/or commercial high-rise construction industry. Experience and familiarity with construction input over the complete life cycle of the project, and a demonstrable understanding of all aspects of design and construction are requisite skills necessary to be successful in the position. In addition, the chosen individual will be a dynamic and effective leader and communicator, open and approachable in style, and committed to upholding the highest standards of personal and professional integrity. Experience with master-planned communities is considered an asset.
