Job Description / Duties

The Course Specialist is an integral part of the team responsible for the Division’s educational offerings. The course specialist works with a diverse group of subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure course materials are up to date, accurate, and the best quality possible. Responsibilities include:

*** researching, writing, and editing course materials, assignments, and exams on various real estate related topics;
***working with real estate industry stakeholders to complete curriculum reviews and needs assessments;
***collaborating with subject matter experts, curriculum developers, and instructional support staff to facilitate the delivery of the Division’s educational programs;
***recruiting and managing instructors, markers, and tutors as required; and
***acting as a content and academic advisor to a wide range of students.

Qualifications / Required Skills

The ideal candidate has post-secondary education in real estate or finance, plus work experience in real estate or education. Excellence in written and verbal communications are a must, as well as strong organizational and prioritization skills. The ideal candidate demonstrates excellent attention to detail. He or she is a fast learner and is able to balance multiple projects at once. A passion for real estate and a commitment to providing our students with an exceptional educational experience is a must!

Salary: $46,000-81,000 depending upon education and experience
