The Opportunity:
We have full-time, permanent opportunities for both Research Analysts and AIC Candidate Members.
As a Research Analyst, with the required educational credentials, we will support you in the appraisal track. Or you can grow your career performing research and analysis on real estate, land, leases, economic impact and feasibility-all under the direction of a Senior Appraiser.
As a Candidate Member, you consult with clients about their appraisal requirements, and then quote, prepare and manage the assignments. A Senior Appraiser will provide mentorship, guidance and interesting assignments to fast-track your career.
For all roles, continuous education is supported by reimbursing course fees. Kent-Macpherson also pays for E & O insurance and professional dues for Candidate Members.

Qualifications / Required Skills

You:
You are curious, growth-oriented, love to make all the pieces of a puzzle fit.
You are a continuous learner, in an environment that supports continuous learning by reimbursing course fees.
You have outstanding critical reading and research skills.
You have a diploma or degree in a real estate related program and you may (or not) be on the Appraisal track.
You have work experience that demonstrates your proactive nature, your ability to both focus and challenge, all while getting the work done.

Salary: varies based on role and experience
