Money raised goes to Make-A-Wish Foundation of BC and Yukon, which grants the wishes of children with  life-threatening illnesses to enrich the human experience with hope, strength, and joy. Since 1983 the Foundation has granted more than 1000 wishes for children in our region. This year it hopes to grant between 80 and 100 special wishes.
